JOB DESCRIPTION :
- The case manager will be responsible for assisting our community as a partner in our residential program, working closely with our program director
- Chiefly responsible for improving the overall quality of life for our community, working with a capacity of 10 resident cases
- Must be comfortable seeing a variety of patients that include : Ethnically and socioeconomically diverse, including the LGBTQ population
- FT opportunities : Candidate is eligible for a 35-hour workweek, working 5 days a week.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Associate's or Bachelor's level education
