KeyResponsibilities :
Performsall standard service activities through Tier I unassisted. Performsstandard Tier II with assistance. Able to perform routinepreventative maintenance within established timeframes.
Completesquality repairs.
Responds to fab issues bycommunicating with other engineers and participating in escalationconference calls. Verifies operational quality of system equipmentunassisted .
Assists senior engineers asneeded.
- Follows all checklists and proceduresand ensures correct Revs of procedures and schematics are availableprior to performing work.
- Strives to performBKM's. Uses knowledge management systems. Follows all IPguidelines.
- Able to diagnose and resolverecurring technical problem. Demonstrates consistent ability toexecute escalation plan. Able to resolve Day-Day issues.
Exposureto systemic issue resolution. Able to support the preparation anddelivery of technical issues to internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge in fundamental theories. Minimum aid needed to readcircuit diagrams. Single primary product and platform. Executesprojects to reduce costs and increaseuptime.
Applies diagnostic techniques and useof documentation and test equipment with assistance from seniorengineers (Testing).
Has the ability to diagnose and resolvetechnical problems (Corrective maintenance). Uses training andexperience to identify some process, software or hardware relatedsystem problems (Predictive maintains).
Assumesresponsibility for complete customer satisfaction within work area.Assists in planning, communicating, and coordinating support planswith customer management.
Complies with all safety procedures andconsistently demonstrates safety as avalue.
