Join our team as a Licensed Real Estate Inside Sales Agent in Westport, CT, US. We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role within our real estate team.

Compensation :
$80,000 - $125,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
- Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
- Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
- Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
- Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
- Follow the team plan

Qualifications :
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Real estate license or pursuing required
- A real estate license is required or in the process of getting one
