Viva Chicken is a fast-casual charcoal-fire Rotisserie Joint specializing in the authentic Pollo a la Brasa (Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken) found on the streets of Peru.

What we are looking for :
- Requires a positive attitude! Our motto is Good Food, Good Mood!
- Ability to multi-task perform multiple functions at the same time
- Complete the daily prep list by cutting, portioning, cooking, and sauté per recipe.
- Helpful to have kitchen experience
- Must abide by our teamwork mindset and work Neat, Clean, and Organized!
- Has knowledge of and follows food safety and sanitation practices. Having ServeSafe certification or level of knowledge is a plus.
- Requires the ability to read and commitment to follow recipe guidelines and instructions.
- Must be at least 16-years old and able to reach, bend, balance, and carry large objects within the kitchen repeatedly throughout your shift.
