As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in designing intuitive and visually appealing big data enterprise applications.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand user needs, define design requirements, and create elegant and effective user interfaces.
Your expertise in user-centered design, information architecture, and visual design will be crucial in delivering exceptional user experiences and driving customer satisfaction, whether they are first-time non-technical users or data scientists.
Responsibilities & Duties :
- Partner with product managers to gather requirements and data to understand user needs, pain points, and business objectives.
- Define and develop user flows to guide the design process.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate interaction and design concepts.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and provide design guidance and support to developers, QA, UX writers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs based on user insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in user experience design and apply them to enhance the product's usability and visual appeal.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and promote a user-focused mindset.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and design documentation to ensure design consistency and scalability.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of product design experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating your craft and application of user-centered design process, including discovery, interaction, prototyping, and visual design skills.
- Passion for designing complex workflows, data visualizations, and data-centric desktop applications.
- Experience with marketing technology or complex B2B / Enterprise products is a plus.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and information architecture.
- Strong visual design skills and the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or similar software.
- Proactive communicator and excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present complex topics and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to commit to a hybrid work policy and work 3 days in office, 2 days remote weekly in the Mountain View, CA office.

Compensation Range :
$100,900 $122,100 USD
