Job Brief :
Aspire General Insuranceis seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Claims Adjuster tojoin our team. The Claims Adjuster will be responsible forinvestigating evaluating and settling insurance claims to ensure afair and timely resolution for ourpolicyholders.
Responsibilities :
- Reviewand analyze insurance policies to determinecoverage
- Investigate claims by interviewingclaimants witnesses and medicalexperts
- Evaluate evidence reports and medicalrecords to determine the extent ofliability
- Negotiate settlements with claimantsor their legal representatives
- Communicate withpolicyholders agents and other relevant parties throughout theclaims process
- Maintain accurate and detailedclaim files
SkillsRequired :
- Bachelors degree in BusinessFinance or related field
- 2 years of experiencein claims adjusting or related field
- Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellentcommunication and negotiationabilities
- Knowledge of insurance regulationsand policies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Officeand claims processing software
