Manufacturing Supervisor (60-80K)
We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to work for an established company located near East Syracuse, NY.
Company Profile :
- Established Global Manufacturer

Key Duties will include :
- Overseeing the operations of a manufacturing area in order to meet daily safety, quality, productivity, cost and team building requirements
- Provide direction to a team of operators
- Set goals and implement improvement plans for Value Stream Mapping
- Ensuring quality products while preventing defects and scraps
- Implementing safety measures and ensuring adherence to all safety policies
Requirements include :
- HS Diploma required. AAS Degree preferred
- 2+ years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
