Associate Dentist – Bay Creek Dental

Plymouth, MN | Full-Time | Monday–Thursday (with potential additional hours)

Bay Creek Dental, a well-established private practice in Plymouth, MN, is seeking a skilled and personable  Associate Dentist  to join our team of 25 dedicated dental professionals. This is a full-time position, Monday through Thursday, with the potential for additional hours.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform general dentistry, including single-root endodontics, simple extractions, crowns and bridges, restorative fillings, and preventive / diagnostic care
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience
  • Collaborate with a team of 25 dental professionals to deliver high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all dental regulations and best practices

    • Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
  • Strong people skills and a patient-centered approach
  • Team-oriented and willing to learn new techniques and technologies
  • Current Minnesota dental license and CPR certification + DEA License
