Summary :
The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Biology and Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston is seeking collaborative Board Certified OBGYNs to serve as Laborists in the division of Academic Specialists in General Obstetrics and Gynecology.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to, ensuring high-quality team-oriented care, and have a demonstrated commitment to the academic mission including teaching and leadership in resident and medical student education.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Laborists will work 3 12-hour weekday night shifts and one weekend per month
- Physicians will provide care on labor and delivery which includes the supervision of residents and medical students
Minimum Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME obstetrics and gynecology residency. Board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Meet criteria / qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
- Medical licensure by the State of Massachusetts will be required prior to commencement of employment.
