Occupational Therapist - Home Health - (OT - HH)

StartDate : 10 / 21 / 2024 Available Shifts : 8 / 10 / 12 D Pay Rate : $1980.00 - $2281.00

OT needed asapRequired to prioritize start of care visits

• Required to supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits
• Clinical notes and other documentation due within 48 hours of visit
• Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office
• Be generally responsive during normal business hoursRequirement : CA OT License and one year of Home Health experience Territory : Alameda, Ca (Will be required to expand as needed)Training : 3 full days, one in house and two in the fieldDocumentation System : KinnserEquipment Issued : iPad, Ring Central Mileage Reimbursement : $0.

655 / mile (from first to last patient)Parking and Toll Reimbursement : PaidCompany Car : Option with a decreased bill rate
