Job Title : Receptionist
Schedule : 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm Monday-Friday
Pay : $16.00 / hr+
We are accepting resumes for an Receptionist. Individual must be very organized and have excellent customer service skills.
Job Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
- Assist clients with status checks, scheduling appoints, updates to their case, etc.
- Make calls to clients reminding them of important information; appointment reminders, deadlines, etc
- Assist the firm with maintain files, data entry, spreadsheets, etc
- perform other administrative functions as needed
Qualifications :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel
- Experience working in a law or medical office preferred
