We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Supply Chain Intern to join our team in Summer 2026. This role will gain real-world experience in managing the materials and logistics that power high-tech electronic production.

Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Intern, you will support the operations and planning team with :

  • Assisting in procurement of components and materials for PCBA production
  • Working with vendors to confirm pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules
  • Supporting inventory control, materials planning, and shortage mitigation activities
  • Analyzing supplier performance and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Helping coordinate logistics, receiving, and tracking of materials
  • Assisting with ERP system updates, BOM validations, and data clean-up
  • Participating in continuous improvement projects related to cost, delivery, and process efficiency

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Interest in electronics manufacturing and component supply chains
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership

    • ITAR REQUIREMENTS- To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident, (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C.

  • 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C.
  • 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
