Accounting Specialist

PrideStaff Financial on behalf of a client is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join their growing team! Are you looking to be a part of a great company and be a positive asset to a team? Please apply now!

Responsibilities :

  • Daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
  • Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
  • Process month and year end process, accounts payable / receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, check runs, debt activity.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications :

  • 1-3 years of accounting experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or in process
  • Advanced level in Excel
  • Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task

    • Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
