job_description.job_card.job_descriptionA current and valid Master Mechanical license issued through the City of Omaha Determine Mechanical codes and regulations for the jurisdiction in which you are working and pull necessary permits Diagnose and repair HVAC systems Lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience Communicate with dispatch, your manager, parts and instillation teams Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional Build and lead efficient HVAC Service and Install teams with the best of the business working under you Other duties needed to help drive our vision and fulfill our mission, while abiding by the JH core values Work to complete tasks efficiently and safely Work independently and collaboratively with a team, suppliers, vendors, and customers Strong organizational and analytical skills Thorough understanding of purchasing procedures and policies Push, lift, and pull up to 60 pounds, climb stairs, bend, squat, stand for extended periods of time Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record; maintain a good driving record in compliance with John Henry’s requirements
We are seeking a highly qualified and licensed Master HVAC Technician to join our team. This pivotal role will leverage your extensive experience to help grow and scale our business. This qualified individual will be responsible for the licensing and permit pulling for the operations.

Benefits & Pay
The pay range for this position is $35 to $45 an hour, and depends on your experience and knowledge as an HVAC service technician. Supplemental pay includes commission and overtime.
