Desired Qualifications

• Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
• Processing, tracking, and coordinating staff timesheets and procurement card reports.
• Assist in the tabulation, tracking, and development of critical project statistical information, including weekly and monthly project reports.
• Organize and catalog key project files (change notice request forms, award summaries, sole source forms, records of decision). Develop and finalize extensive monthly project status PowerPoint presentations.
• Manage administrative responsibilities for S : Drive and SharePoint sites. Support records retention efforts related to large construction projects. Capable of filling in for executive administrators when needed.
• Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in interactions with managers and staff. Be flexible to support emergent work requirements.
• Communicate effectively with Compliance and HR organizations to support the project team, ensuring adherence to administrative, accounting, and compliance procedures.
• Perform various administrative duties including maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, managing travel, coordinating office relocations, creating and tracking project correspondence, and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
