Business Analyst

Business Analyst , Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid Schedule - 2 days in the office. Milwaukee or Paramus is preferred but can consider remote for the right candidate.)

Kelly Services is seeking a Business Analyst to provide process maps, procedure documentation, testing plans and support.

HR team is working on transitioning to a new HCM System for one of our top clients.

Length : 6 Months (This is a multi-phase project with the initial phase running through the end of 2025. Project encompasses all of North America (Canada and US).

Type : Contract W2

Pay Rate : $negotiable / hr. (W2)

Schedule : Standard

Interview Process : Virtual or Onsite

Responsibilities :

Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.

Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements.

Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and / or enhancements to current systems.

Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and / or alternatives.

Works under the direction of a project manager.

Experience implementing Workday or SuccessFactors Payroll and / or Time modules in a highly regulated and complex union environment.
