Job Description :
- Provide direct care to patients in a neuro / ortho medical / surgical setting.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to address patient needs and provide safe, high-quality care.
- Administer medications, therapies, and treatments according to physicians' orders.
- Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care instructions.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to regulatory standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry standards and certifications.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
