We are searching for a meticulous Billing Specialist to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, you will primarily work with attorney billing work, ensuring accuracy in all details.
You will also be tasked with maintaining and editing records, creating final bills, and handling any related inquiries. This role offers an exciting opportunity for those interested in the legal industry, particularly in the area of billing.
Responsibilities :
- Carefully process attorney's billing work, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
- Perform edits on billing information, adjusting as necessary to correct any errors or typos.
- Accurately input costs associated with each legal matter.
- Generate the final bill for each legal matter, ensuring all details are correct and complete.
- Handle any billing inquiries, offering clear and concise responses to resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions.
- Utilize Accounting Software Systems to streamline and enhance billing processes.
- Perform regular monitoring of customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient billing operations.
- Continuously improve billing functions, leveraging your skills in Legal Billing to enhance procedures and outcomes.
The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $69,000 + bonus.
