We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Warehouse Manager to join our vibrant team and contribute to our growing success.

Responsibilities :

Oversee all fleet vehicles and equipment, ensuring optimal operation and maintenance.

Manage comprehensive warehouse activities, including inventory management, loss prevention, organization, pick / pack / ship processes, returns, and daily product loading for field teams.

Coordinate warehouse and production team schedules, workloads, and weekly KPI reports, ensuring seamless operations.

Develop innovative storage solutions to maximize space efficiency and preserve the integrity of decor and materials.

Implement and refine processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications : Required :

Required :

A minimum of 3 years of warehouse management experience.

Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience.

Proficient in using mobile apps and cloud-based software for efficient operations.

Strong skills in inventory management and production / set design.

Preferred :

Experience with electronic inventory management systems.

Expertise in fleet management.

Carpentry skills.

Bilingual in Spanish.
