With various commodities and lanes, Montgomery Transport offers flexibility on how YOU want to get paid : percentage or CPM! Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with percentage or cents-per-mile pay options, averaging $70,000 - $75,000 per year!
Pay :
Up to .55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay and Annual $.01 CPM tenure pay increase
Choose 27% of line haul
Increased Weekly Minimum Pay : 30 days - 2 years $1,200 and 2 years+ $1,300!

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements :
1-year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6-month flatbed experience
Flatbed experience must be in the past three years.
No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
No DUI in the past 10 years
Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requiremen
