Technical Program Manager - Games

Are you an experienced Manager who takes pride in making things better? Do you want to help one of the world’s most ambitious, innovative and customer-centric game studios develop and launch cutting edge games?

Well, Lionbridge Games is looking for you!

What You Will Do :

Use PowerBI, Excel, or other tools to track and report the state of various projects and deliverables

Ensure regular compliance with contractual KPIs and suggest corrective action in the event projects are trending to non-compliance

Maintain regular face to face and digital contact with clients to report project status, reply to queries, and gather feedback

Regular updates to data dashboards for standard maintenance as well as to help identify positive or negative trends

Follow up with Team Leads to verify all SLAs are being met

Maintain awareness of budget and schedules for local and remote teams, report trends, and make corrective suggestions when necessary

Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams to create weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules

Create and maintain reports for Deliverables

Work with both the leadership team (and possibly the client) to discuss upcoming work, requirements, bandwidth, and resource needs

Attend team meetings to discuss weekly / monthly forecasting for staffing needs and budget

Assist leadership team in crafting presentations for both internal and external meetings

Write process documentation as necessary

Assist current and new projects in creating and tracking sensible KPIs to ensure visible and measurable success

Manage the back-end processes for bringing new employees into the team

To Be Successful, You Will Have :

Strong academic or practical knowledge of QA methodologies and tools, software testing standards, strategies, and the software development cycle

Customer Focused

Experience with industry standard test software such as JIRA, MTM, Confluence, or equivalents

Power BI experience is a bonus

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Self-driven, meticulous and curious in nature

Ability to prioritize in a complex and fast-paced environment
