Job Opportunity : Director of Nursing

In this pivotal role, you'll be in an administrative role to oversee and nursing practices, and help create a nurturing environment for both residents and staff.

Your Responsibilities :
- Create Care Plans : Develop tailored nursing strategies for our residents.
- Inspire Your Team : Mentor and support nursing staff through training and evaluations.
- Ensure Quality : Uphold the highest standards of care and compliance.
- Collaborate : Work with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor Outcomes : Evaluate and improve patient results continuously.
What We’re Looking For :
- Nursing Experience : Background in hospice care or nursing administration.
- Strong Leadership : Ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Organizational Skills : Efficient multitasking and prioritization.
- Problem Solver : Proactive decision-maker.
- Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with electronic medical records.
