To support our rapid growth, we"re seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our team.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage key projects within TensorWave. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that project goals align with company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and innovation.

What you"ll do

Plan, initiate, and manage IT and software development projects, aligning them with company goals and customer needs.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.

Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

Monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.

Implement project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. PMP certification is highly desirable.

5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the tech or AI industry.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
