Job Description

• Manage a portfolio of performing, non performing and charged off problem loans, while maintaining adherence to Department, Compliance and Bank policies
• Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts (performing and non-performing) as well as shadow potential problem loans handled by other account executives in corporate lending, including California and Florida, ABL and Factors
• Prepare reports for Department Manager and Senior Management of the Bank
• Maintain adherence to Compliance and Bank policies

Qualifications

• 10+ years C&I work out experience, including some CRE workout experience
• 10 years commercial lending experience
• Extensive experience working out problem loan situations
• Knowledge of loan documentation, knowledge of workout procedures including repossessing assets, foreclosure, asset sales and legal requirements
• Ability to prepare comprehensive management reporting and have good oral and written skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of and personal contacts with turnaround professionals
• Good communication, analytical and writing skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• B.S Degree in Business or higher
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Compensation

The expected annual salary for this position is between $200,000 and $230,000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual’s skills and experience.

In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, generous holiday and paid time off schedules, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
