The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of antitrust law and demonstrate strong legal writing skills.
Duties :
- Represent clients in antitrust litigation cases, including mergers, monopolistic practices, and price-fixing investigations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust issues, including precedent cases, statutes, and regulations.
- Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and responses.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies and provide legal counsel to clients.
- Prepare clients for depositions, hearings, and trials and assist in trial preparation.
- Manage case files, document production, and discovery processes.
- Stay updated on changes in antitrust law and advise clients on compliance with relevant regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring effective communication and regular updates on case progress.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the State Bar of California.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in antitrust litigation.
- Strong understanding of antitrust law, regulations, and legal principles.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple cases and tasks simultaneously.
