Job Title : Full-Time School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location : Sunnyvale, CA
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school team in Sunnyvale, CA. The RBT will provide direct behavioral intervention to students, assisting in the implementation of individualized behavior plans and supporting the overall educational experience.
Responsibilities :
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the guidance of a BCBA
- Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioral and developmental needs
- Collect data on student behavior and progress
- Assist in developing and reinforcing positive behavior strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support student success
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of student progress
Qualifications :
- Current RBT certification
- Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
