Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Positions available in the following locations : *
- Arlington, VA 22207
- Virginia Beach, VA 23456
- Charlottesville, VA 22902
- Responsibilities*
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid in the recovery process
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Requirements*
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience working with geriatric patients is preferred
- BLS / CPR certification
- Benefits*
- Salary range : *$1,884 - 2,079*
