Position Overview :
As a Remote Life Insurance Sales Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to establish and lead your own team of sales agents.
Your leadership will be crucial in driving sales performance and ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities :
- Team Building : Recruit, train, and mentor a team of life insurance sales agents, fostering a collaborative and high-energy environment.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
- Performance Monitoring : Analyze team performance metrics and provide actionable feedback and support to drive results.
- Client Engagement : Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining strong relationships with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in regulations to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Reporting : Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in life insurance sales and a strong understanding of the industry.
- Prior experience in a management or leadership role, with a track record of building and developing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
