Pride Health is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time opportunity to support our client's hospital facility in King City, CA .
This is a permanent direct hire role.
Essential Functions
- Evaluate and treats patients under order from the referring physician.
- Evaluation and treatment programs are developed through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to improve communication and / or swallowing efficiency.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Implement evidence-based speech therapy techniques to facilitate improvement in communication skills.
- Provide early intervention services for children with speech and language delays.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and families to support patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about speech disorders and the therapeutic process.
- Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications :
- Current CA Speech-Language Pathology License
- Prior related experience preferred
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and support.
Shift : Days (40 hrs / week)
Salary Range : $101,000.00 to $148,000.00 Relocation Assistance discussed.
