We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Insurance and Health Insurance Agent to join our team on a part-time basis.
As an agent specializing in Medicare Supplemental Insurance and Life Insurance Planning, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families secure their financial future by providing comprehensive insurance coverage.
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home or any location of your choice.
Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and prospect potential clients who are seeking Medicare Supplemental Insurance and Life Insurance coverage.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' healthcare requirements, financial circumstances, and future goals.
- Provide personalized recommendations and guidance to clients, tailoring insurance solutions to their specific needs and budget.
- Educate clients on the importance of Life Insurance and the various policy options available, including term life, whole life, and universal life insurance.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate Life Insurance coverage based on their financial obligations, future plans, and family protection needs.
- Help clients navigate the complexities of Medicare Supplemental Insurance, providing guidance on the best plans to meet their healthcare needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry regulations and changes in Medicare policies and Life Insurance products to ensure accurate and compliant advice is provided to clients.
- Assist clients in completing application forms, gathering required documentation, and submitting necessary paperwork for both Medicare Supplemental Insurance and Life Insurance policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance throughout the insurance application process and beyond.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers and underwriters to negotiate competitive rates and secure the best possible coverage for clients.
- Attend training sessions and seminars to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and commission goals.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Life Insurance and Health Insurance Agent, with a focus on Medicare Supplemental Insurance and Life Insurance Planning.
- Valid state insurance license(s) for Life and Health Insurance.
- Excellent knowledge of various insurance products, particularly Life Insurance policies and Medicare Supplemental Insurance plans.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with the ability to work autonomously and create your own schedule.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
