Responsibilities :
- Provide repair and maintenance services for commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance activities and diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Test malfunctioning systems and components using electrical and / or mechanical skills
- Maintain accurate records of work history and process job tickets in a timely manner
- Drive company vehicle in a safe manner
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by management
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience with commercial HVAC and refrigeration installation
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, and balance systems
- Valid driver's license
- Active EPA certification
- Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., safely climb and balance on a ladder, and work in elevated / high locations
