Overview
LIVIUM is seeking an experienced Product Manager to help lead our AI-native SaaS product team. In this role, you’ll drive the strategy, development, and success of our product portfolio, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure our offerings meet market needs, deliver outstanding user experiences, and achieve business goals. We’re looking for someone who recognizes opportunities, takes initiative, and communicates clearly to turn ideas into results.

Key Responsibilities
Product Vision and Strategy
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features based on market analysis, customer insights, and business objectives.
- Analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Translate business strategy into actionable product requirements and manage prioritization for development.
- Expand our addressable market by identifying growth opportunities and adjacent market entry strategies.
Customer Focus
Conduct user research to deeply understand customer needs and pain points, using insights to shape product decisions.Analyze user data to track performance and make data-driven improvements that enhance user experience.Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring user needs are represented throughout development.Convert written feature requirements into wireframes to guide design discussions and functional alignment.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with engineering to communicate requirements clearly, manage development timelines, and prioritize features.Collaborate with design to deliver intuitive, user-centered experiences.Work with marketing and sales to create product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.Partner with customer support to identify recurring issues and integrate feedback into future releases.Product Launch and Management
Lead product launches, ensuring consistent communication, training, and marketing support for all stakeholders.Track and analyze performance metrics before and after launch to identify improvements.Manage the full product lifecycle, including updating or retiring features as needed.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of proven success in product management with a track record of delivering impactful productsStrong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilityExpertise in turning user problems into clear, actionable product requirementsExcellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teamsDeep understanding of user-centered design principles and agile methodologiesExperience using project management and product development toolsProven experience solving retail or branch operations challenges with innovative technology; automotive or powersports industry experience a plusSkilled at presenting products and acting as a subject matter expert in sales discussionsPreferred Skills
Experience conducting market research and competitor analysisStrong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPassion for solving customer problems and creating exceptional user experiencesExperience designing AI-powered solutions that empower users
