Business Manager (Assistant Community Manager) Affordable - Lease Up Fiddyment Apartments Roseville, CA

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
We are looking for a Business Manager to support an affordable lease-up community in the Roseville, CA area. This position is Full-Time Hourly Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm Full Benefits.
Please note, that the start date may change depending on the construction schedule.
Pay Range : $19.00 - $21.00 / Hour 100% Housing (OPTIONAL) 2 Bedroom Apartment Home!
WHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT :
- You bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in affordable housing / tax credit properties
- You bring a minimum of 2-3 years of property management
- Lease-up experience preferred
- You can execute professional-level customer service and multitask effectively.
- You possess good communication skills both, verbal and written
- You have a passion for helping others
- You have a strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- You ideally have experience in Yardi and / or MRI
- You possess a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
