Director - Test & Measurement Solutions (PLM)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Test & Measurement Solutions to join our Product Line Management team reporting directly to the Vice President of Product Management. Overseeing our Test & Measurement product category; the ideal candidate will possess real-world, hands-on experience with various RF and Optical Test & Measurement tools, with strong leadership and communication skills, responsible for product strategy, sales team support & training, vendor relationship development, be a strategic thinker ensuring alignment with market demands, customer needs and technological advancements.

This role requires extensive travel between our locations throughout the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Roadmap Development

Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Test & Measurement solutions, considering market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.

Manage product lifecycle from phase-in, phase-out to end-of-life, along with stocking positions per product.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape within the wireless solutions space.

Provide sales teams with necessary tools, resources, & training to effectively position our product portfolio.

Define, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product revenue, profitability, and market share.
