Interior Designer & Procurement Specialist

Location : Skokie, IL | Full-Time | Casa Healthcare

Casa Healthcare is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Procurement Specialist to lead design and purchasing initiatives across our healthcare facilities. In this role, you’ll bring fresh design ideas, manage procurement processes, and ensure our spaces reflect our brand and provide a welcoming environment for residents, guests, and employees.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine design expertise with procurement skills in a role that directly impacts the look, feel, and efficiency of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Branding

Develop and implement design plans, including layouts, finishes, and color schemes

Collaborate with leadership and marketing to ensure brand consistency across facilities

Conduct site visits and space planning to enhance function and presentation

Advise on interiors, exteriors, and landscaping to maintain a professional, welcoming environment

Procurement & Vendor Management

Source, vet, and negotiate with vendors to ensure quality and cost savings

Maintain a preferred vendor list and establish designer accounts with discounts

Streamline purchasing processes, quotes, and approvals to improve efficiency

Support facilities with equipment and supply procurement at best value

Project Oversight

Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables

Oversee contractors, painters, and maintenance staff on design projects

Track and maintain inventory of furniture, fixtures, equipment, and materials

Requirements

3+ years of experience in interior design and procurement

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field (preferred)

Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and purchasing tools

Strong negotiation, project management, and vendor management skills

Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities

Must be able to work from our Skokie, IL office
