We are seeking experienced Aviation Mechanic Technicians who are passionate about training the next generation of industry leaders.
If you hold an FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic Certificate and have hands-on aircraft maintenance experience, we want you on our team!
POSITION PURPOSE
This position is responsible for greeting all visitors to the campus, answering inbound calls to the campus, handling documentation (electronic and hardcopies) for the Admissions Department as assigned by the Director of Admissions.
JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet all visitors to the campus.
- Answer the telephone using the telephone techniques outlined in the Receptionist Training Packet.
- Receive and distribute all inquiries as directed by the Campus Director of Admissions.
- Provide customer service to students by acting as a liaison between students and front office staff.
- Provide administrative support to the staff and faculty as needed, at the discretion of the Director of Admissions.
- Enter all inquiries received (except Transfer Students from another campus) into CampusNexus, using either Quick Lead method or the Inquiry Folder where applicable, immediately upon receipt.
- Perform a daily audit of all inquiries received using Lead Master Listing Summary Report from CampusNexus and distribute it to the Director of Admissions by 10 : 00AM the following day.
- Highlight the student’s name in the Financial Aid Appointment Book as scheduled appointments are kept to ensure a timely follow-up from the Admissions staff with the missed appointment.
- Assist in lead distribution with the direction of the Director of Admissions.
- Keep a running list of lead returns on a weekly basis, and submit to the Director of Admissions by Friday morning. Once approved, upload the CSV file into Lead Conduit Lead Return platform.
- Run specific reports daily for Director of Admissions.
- Send out an Activity report on a daily basis and submit to the Director of Admissions and the Admissions team regarding interviews and FA appointments.
Routinely update the list throughout the day, specifically in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
Perform additional job duties at the discretion of the Director of Admissions.
Receptionist Schedule :
Monday - Thursday : 10 : 30 AM to 7 : 00 PM
Friday : 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM
One Saturday / month : 9 : 00 AM to 1 : 00 PM
Education
H igh School Diploma or GED, or equitable on-the-job experience required
Experience / Skills
- Experience as a Receptionist / multi-line telephone system is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven, compliance-oriented educational environment.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized, and have the ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity, strong work ethic, and professionalism.
- Persuasive and effective verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service in an educational setting.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as collaborative team member and have exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills are required with proficiency in MS Office applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
CampusNexus experience a plus.
- Prior experience in a college admissions environment is preferred.
- Ability and willingness to work outside of regular work shifts, including evenings and / or weekends as necessary or as requested by Supervisor.
