Our law practice is seeking a part-time paralegal to assist us with providing document drafting, case analysis and case management.
We are a family and estate planning law firm that believes that legal services can be delivered in a way that is both affordable for our clients, and profitable for our firm.
Our work environment is casual, not a stuffy law firm.
We are looking for a part-time paralegal / legal assistant that has some experience in the practice of family or estate law.
Required Skills :
- At least 1 year of paralegal / legal assistant experience
- Excellent writing skills and comprehension
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients
- Detail oriented, organized and ability to track and manage case deadlines and task for a clients
- Ability to work independently
- Skilled at conducting analysis of fact patterns and law in cases
- Efficient and effective document drafting
- Knowledge of local court filing procedure (Montgomery and Bucks County)
- Must also be comfortable with technology as we utilize cloud-based practice management software and technology-based tools in our practice
Availability :
This is an independent contractor, hybrid position. You will have the ability to set your own schedule, starting at 10-15 hours per week, with the potential to increase based on performance and need.
Compensation :
Based on experience and qualifications.
