A Day in the Life

AppLovin fuels the growth of the world's most popular apps. Our technology enables developers to market, monetize, and analyze their apps, and we also have first-party content including over 200+ popular apps.

We are headquartered in Palo Alto with offices worldwide.

We are seeking a motivated engineer to join the team responsible for AppLovin's core mobile engineering team which reaches 410+ million users daily.

The team is highly technical and unbureaucratic. You will have opportunities to channel your creativity and have a direct impact on the company's bottom line.

The Impact You’ll Make

SDK Development : Implement new features and enhancements in our Android / iOS SDKs, focusing on improving user experience and optimizing performance.

Utilize the latest technologies and best practices to contribute to the robustness and seamless operation of our SDKs.

  • Automation and Tools : Create and refine internal tools and scripts to streamline testing, deployment, and automation processes.
  • Technical Support : Proactively address and help solve technical challenges as they arise, collaborating with the team to find solutions.

This role involves learning from each challenge to prevent future issues and improve product functionality.

Research and Innovation : Stay informed about the latest trends in mobile and ad technology, supporting the team in integrating new technologies and tools to maintain the competitiveness and innovation of our SDKs.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with Mobile app development in Android (Java / Kotlin) and / or iOS (Objective-C / Swift)
  • Bachelor's and / or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Understanding of asynchronous programming, data structures, and design patterns
  • Ability to prioritize work based on need and opportunity
  • Interest and ability to learn new technologies and programming languages

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or interest in AdTech and / or game development is a plus
  • Experience with Unity or other cross-platform solutions / game engines
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

AppLovin provides a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance rewards approach. Total compensation at AppLovin is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Depending on the position offered, equity, and other forms of incentive compensation (as applicable) may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to dental, vision, and other benefits.

US base pay range (total compensation package will be commensurate with experience)

$103,000 $207,000 USD
