About The Position

Job Title : MRI Tech

License : MO or Compact licensure required

Certifications : ARRT MR, ARRT R, BLS

Must-Have :

Level I trauma experience

Previous travel experience preferred

Siemens, McKesson, and Cerner experience

Experience with Adult ICU, Pediatrics, and Adult Acute Care

Description :

Candidates must have Level I trauma experience.

Previous travel experience is preferred but first-time travelers with 2 years of Level I trauma experience will be considered.

Experience with Siemens, McKesson, and Cerner systems is required.

Candidates should have experience in Adult ICU, Pediatrics, and Adult Acute Care.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in MRI is necessary.

BLS and either ARRT or ARMRIT certification are required.

The expected daily workload includes taking an average of 1 patient per hour.

The department operates 24 / 7 with an average of 20 visits per day.

Candidates should prepare to float to any area as needed.

It is essential to have a commitment to flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays when required.

All travelers are expected to comply with COVID-19 and flu vaccination requirements, with exemptions for medical or religious reasons only.

It is important for candidates to be familiar with trauma care protocols, as the facility serves a diverse range of patients from neonates to geriatrics.

Interdisciplinary support includes various teams that assist with patient care needs.

Special equipment may include medical programming devices and MRI monitoring equipment.
