Responsibilities

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities will be to perform both preventive and corrective maintenance and repair of production equipment and ensure the smooth operation of equipment and machinery, focusing on minimizing downtime and driving process improvements.

In addition, this role will be under the supervision of plant management and also require close work with the facilities management team when necessary.

Key responsibilities include driving a rigorous preventative maintenance schedule, addressing equipment breakdowns, equipment installations, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing machine reliability and optimizing production efficiencies.

Develop a robust preventative maintenance schedule and perform routine maintenance on all production machinery, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and control issues and providing efficient, timely solutions.

PMI includes : inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and ensuring proper functionality of all machinery / equipment.
