Job Summary : Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking dynamic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA).

This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a flexible schedule, providing support to seniors in their homes.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for caring for others.

Responsibilities :

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to seniors in their homes, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Administer medications as prescribed by a physician
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the nursing supervisor
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided
• Foster a positive and nurturing environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the care team

Requirements :

• Current and valid CNA certification in the state of Hawaii
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience as a CNA in a healthcare or home care setting
• CPR certification
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassionate and caring attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
