Water Cooler Installation & Service Technician

Our client, an award winning Atlanta based company is searching for a Water Cooler Installation & Service Technician to join their team .

Primary Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and store personnel through clear communication and dependable service.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and professional experience.
• Perform routine maintenance, including filter changes, UV lamp installations, battery replacements, and equipment upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using tools such as pressure gauges, flow meters, multi-meters, and water sampling kits.
• Conduct repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing valves and fittings, tightening connections, and handling electrical components.
• Safely transport and deliver printing equipment to customer locations.
• Qualifications Solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, and / or mechanical systems.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to reliability and responsibility.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Physically capable of bending, squatting, and climbing stairs or ladders as needed.
• Additional Information This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that requires a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required.
