Requirements :
- QSR management from customer service focused chains (he prefers not McDonalds' and Burger Kings' of the world)
- College Degree
- Team , understandings of financial terms (COGs, wage cost, etc.)
- No job hopping, prefers stable work history (3 years at one place)
