Delta-T Group is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to join our growing corporate team in Oak Brook.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Processes and tracks clearances (state child abuse clearance, state criminal history, FBI, etc.) to ensure accuracy of all credentialing and independent contractors being referred in the healthcare and education fields.
  • Prioritizes and organizes the new independent contractors' files and verifies all required documentation to ensure it is processed in a timely manner.
  • Provide communication to internal employees and affiliate offices via emails or phone calls to ensure a positive processing experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma and relevant work experience.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or a customer-facing role.
  • Proficient computer skills with Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Solid communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

    Excellent base pay depending on experience, as well as commission.
