Job Description
- Position : Product Liability Associate Attorney
- Location : Milwaukee Office
- Responsibilities :
- Handle federal and state civil litigation with a focus on personal injury and product liability defense
- Manage all aspects of civil cases, including fact and expert discovery
- Draft and argue procedural, evidentiary, and dispositive motions
- Participate in court conferences, hearings, and trials
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
- 4-9 years of experience in federal and state civil litigation
- Experience in personal injury and / or product liability defense preferred
- Proficiency in handling all phases of civil litigation
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for client service and a passion for litigation
