Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a rapidly growing Real Estate and Development company in the search for a Controller.

Responsibilities of the Controller include but are not limited to :
- General ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and work papers for a diverse portfolio of residential properties
- Act as a resource for Director of Operations, Regional Managers, Property Administration, Staff and Accounting Department Personnel on accounting issues
- Assist in preparing year end and quarterly financial statements for investment funds
- Maintain, reconcile, and record monthly third party property management accounting
- Provide back up and support to the Fund Controller and Assistant Controller as needed
- Prepare special reports and projects, collect, analyze and summarize information and trends
- Manage and grow a team
Controller requirements :
- BS degree in Accounting
- 7+ years of accounting experience in Real Estate
- Management experience required
- Very strong excel skills
