Key ResponsibilitiesProvide quality customer service and educate members about benefits and plan optionsRespond to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, referrals, and claims, ensuring timely resolutionParticipate in member calling projects to support membership retention goalsRequired QualificationsBilingual in Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Spanish1-2 years of call center or related customer service experience1-2 years of experience with Medicare benefits, preferably Medicare Advantage PlansExperience in the healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy industry is highly desirableData entry and general computer skills required
