Kelly Ford is looking for a friendly, outgoing receptionist to answer phones, process payments, and greet customers. Monday - Thursday 3pm-8pm and Saturday 7 : 30-6pm
The receptionist is the first and last impression
Responsibilities : * Answering all incoming calls, processing payments, and greeting customers. Forwarding phone calls to appropriate recipients* Greet and receive prospects and customers* Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson* Work cooperatively with the sales team* Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner* Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents* Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
Qualifications : * Answer the phone with a smile, be friendly and upbeat* Excellent Communication Skills* Professional Presentation* Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility* A clean driving record & valid driver's license* A professional appearance
