- Review and assess travel using data to make informed travel plans for fall and spring recruitment
- Represent the university at events such as high school visits, college fair programs and conferences, as well as on-campus Open House events and other recruitment and yield activities
- Attendance at on-campus events and travel is required
- Review of first-year applications within recruitment territory
- Liaison to academic schools as assigned
- Candidate should have a strong working knowledge of Slate
Education Requirements :
Bachelor's degree is required
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a university setting focused on multicultural or diversity initiatives
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with the ability to skillfully engage students from all backgrounds
- Proficiency with Slate or similar admissions management software
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Willingness to travel extensively during recruitment seasons
