Key Responsibilities :
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families for continued care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment.
Qualifications :
- Current California Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
- Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- A compassionate and patient-focused approach to therapy.
